It is important you know that during WASSCE/WAEC registration process, you will be asked for your persona data.
This is very important in the registration process although, during registration process, some candidate do
find it difficult to get their finger print scanned and also have issues with their personal data.

Make sure you don't have any biometric issue (improper or false fingerprint capturing) because you will
not be allowed to write the exam during the check in by WAEC officials/invigilators.

For the WASSCE (private candidate), When you visit any WAEC registration centre, make sure your Registration
starts by enrolling your fingerprints and capturing other personal details using the Biometric Data Capture
software. Do well to visit a Registration Centre with such facilities to scan your fingerprints. You are
also required to take a picture with a webcam. Ensure your Surname, First name and other names are captured
using the software.

I want to implore you to make sure that you carefully submit your biometric data and make sure there is no
error in any of your personal data else you might have issue in the future when you get admission into the
university and you want to do your clearance.

Every Waec candidate (whether Private or schools) should be aware that during the process of WASSCE registration, you
have the option of selecting your examination venue. This might not be the exact centre but waec will make sure your
exam venue is within the town you selected. However, the Wassce candidate for school always write their exam in their
school provided their school is WAEC approved.
