In this case, I advise that you keep your credit card in a safe place that is not easy to access. So if you are planning on saving, I would advise that you should get a saving box unless you are saving a huge sum of money.

2. Create a list before going shopping and make sure that you stick to the list:

This is one scenario in which many have failed and stopped saving. When you go to a store or a market or a grocery you would be enticed by the products displayed and this might propel you to use your savings to get them. Sometimes, you might find a particular product you have been wanting to get. So in order for you not to spend your savings, it is better for you to make a list of all the items that you know you need and make sure you stick to the list. Sticking to the list means you not buying anything from the list.

3. Never go to a supermarket or a grocery when you are hungry to avoid temptation:
